In principle, applications for the Osaka Prefecture Food Support
Program for University Students and Other Young People should be made by the recipient themselves.
The deadline for applying for the benefits and the expiration date
for using the Rice PAY Osaka (Rice Coupon) is Saturday, February 14, 2026.
